The importance of a good education for children in general and helping them get a good start in life is another of Mar-Val Food Stores chief concerns. We partner with other organizations to procure thenecessary supplies for elementary school students to have a successful school year.
The schools in our service area benefit from a program that allows Mar-Val Food Stores to give the local schools 1% of grocery sale receipts.
So make sure you keep your Mar-Val Food Store receipts and have your kids take turn them into their teachers so the schools can receive necessary school supplies. If your kids are grown and out and about, give your receipts to the school yourself. |
