Nabisco's Cherry Cheesecake Newtons® Pancakes

This breakfast is a hearty way to start any winter day!
Ingredients:
1 cup pancake and waffle mix
3/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. oil
 

1 egg
8 Cherries 'n Cheesecake Newtons Snackable Dessert Cookies, chopped

Directions:
BEAT all ingredients except cookies with wire whisk until large lumps disappear. Gently stir in chopped cookies.
LADLE batter onto lightly greased hot griddle or into hot skillet, using about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
COOK until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.
