1/2 Cup Chopped celery !/2 Cup chopped onion 4 chopped garlic cloves 1/4 Cup Olive Oil, divided 2.5 lbs boneless chicken brest, cut into 1/2 inch strips. 4 oz. Mar-Val Tuscan Lemon Herb Marinade
Directions:
Heat 1/8 Cup Olive Oil in a large frying pan Saute Onion, Celery and Garlic until lightly browned. Remove browned Onion, Celery and Garlic from pan. Heat remaining 1/8 Cup Olive Oil Brown Chicken in oil Add Onion, Celery and Garlic Add 4 oz. Mar-Val Tuscan Lemon Marinade Sauteed on low for 30 minutes
